The company is divided into three segments: the Global Generics segment, which includes the prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals business; the Pharmaceutical Services and Active Ingredients (PSAI) segment, which encompasses its active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) business and Custom Pharmaceutical Services (CPS) business; and the Proprietary Products segment, consisting of DRL’s New Chemical Entities (NCEs) business, its differentiated formulations operated through Promius Pharma, and its dermatology specialty business.
