Oncolytics Biotech

Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is developing an intravenously delivered immuno-oncolytic virus named pelareorep for the treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies. This enhances the ability of the immune system to fight cancer, making tumors more susceptible to a broad range of cancer therapies. Pelareorep has demonstrated synergy with immune checkpoint inhibitors and may also synergize with other approved cancer treatments. We are currently conducting clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of pelareorep in combination with checkpoint inhibitors and targeted therapies for solid and hematological malignancies as it advances into registrational studies for metastatic breast cancer.
