Neosensory, Inc. focuses on sending various data streams to the brain through haptics. Since the human body has much unused space, the skin offers tremendous potential for transmitting new information. Neosensory is developing an innovative hearing-assistance technology to help deaf and hearing-impaired individuals perceive sound through their skin. The company has already launched several tactile products, including a wrist-worn tactile device for the deaf and mute, as well as a tactile vest simply called "VEST," which appeared in Season 2 of HBO's *Westworld*.
