Hopstem Biotechnology is an innovative R&D enterprise dedicated to providing stable, safe, effective, and affordable iPSC cell therapy products for patients worldwide. Currently, the company owns a nearly 4,000-square-meter GMP production, testing, and R&D center in Hangzhou that meets U.S. and EU standards, along with a CMC development platform and quality system for iPSC-derived cell products. It also has proprietary rights to GMP iPSC cell lines and cell banks available for global commercial development and licensing. Several core patents of Hopstem Biotechnology have been granted in China or Australia and have entered the U.S., EU, Japan, and other regions through the PCT. More patents and products are also in the pipeline. Its business includes providing high-quality human neural cells, 3D brain organoids, supporting stem cell culture, neural differentiation, maturation-promoting reagents, and technical services, including gene editing. These human cell and organoid products can be used for constructing in vitro disease models as well as drug screening and toxicity testing. Hopstem is also collaborating with hospitals qualified for stem cell clinical trials to develop clinical treatment products using human neural precursor cells for conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and cerebral palsy, aiming to create cutting-edge cell therapy products for neurological diseases.
