Pulse Biosciences is a novel bioelectronic medicine company dedicated to health innovation, with the potential to improve and extend patients' lives. If approved, the CellFX® system will become the first commercial product to leverage the unique advantages of the company’s proprietary Nano-Pulse Stimulation™ (NPS™) technology to address various applications that currently lack optimal solutions. NPS technology delivers nanosecond electrical pulses to non-thermal transparent cells while preserving adjacent non-cellular tissue. After receiving regulatory approval, the initial commercial applications of the CellFX system are expected to address a wide range of dermatological conditions, where both patients and physicians have a high demand for improved and lasting cosmetic outcomes. Designed as a multi-application platform, the CellFX system aims to deliver value to customers across an expanding range of clinical applications through an application-based revenue model.To date, we own or have rights to over 99 granted patents globally.
