Cabaletta Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing and launching the first targeted cell therapies for patients with autoimmune diseases. The company is dedicated to discovering and developing engineered T-cell therapies that have the potential to provide deep and durable treatments for patients with autoimmune diseases. Its CAB platform encompasses two strategies: CARTA (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cells for Autoimmunity), with the fully human CD19-CAR T CABA-201 containing 4-1BB as the lead candidate being evaluated in systemic lupus erythematosus and myositis; and CAART (Chimeric AutoAntibody Receptor T cells), including DSG3-CAART for the treatment of mucosal pemphigus vulgaris and MuSK CAART for the treatment of MuSK myasthenia gravis.
