VelosBio

VelosBio is a biotechnology company dedicated to advancing cancer research. Under the leadership of industry veterans, VelosBio has developed the first ADC that links a humanized anti-ROR1 monoclonal antibody with the cytotoxin monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). This leading investigational drug, VLS-101, has demonstrated positive preclinical results in tumor models and is currently being evaluated in a first-in-human, dose-escalation, and cohort-expansion Phase 1 study in patients with hematologic malignancies.
