4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH is a company with a clear mission: to improve the management of critically ill patients suffering from diseases associated with massive cell death, leading to uncontrolled release of dipeptidyl peptidase 3 (DPP3) into the bloodstream. Based on data demonstrating the reliability of DPP3 as a marker associated with short-term patient outcomes, we have identified DPP3 as a druggable target. The long-term vision is to provide therapeutic options that neutralize circulating DPP3 for critically ill patients, aiming to restore proper organ function and improve survival rates. To achieve this goal, we have developed monoclonal antibody therapies with targeted diagnostic capabilities. Our lead product is a first-in-class candidate — the humanized monoclonal antibody Procizumab — accompanied by various diagnostic approaches.
