TOLREMO is a privately-owned Swiss biotechnology company founded in 2017 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich, one of the world's leading technical universities. TOLREMO’s drug candidates are designed to complement standard cancer therapies to provide better response rates, longer survival, and improved quality of life. In addition to combination therapies, we also investigate the efficacy of our drug candidates as standalone treatments in transcriptionally defined cancer indications. TOLREMO’s resistance platform benefits from deep expertise in non-mutational resistance mechanisms, phenotypic and biochemical high-throughput screening, advanced image analysis algorithms, medicinal chemistry, structure-based drug design, bioinformatics, and unique preclinical models of resistance. These capabilities power our drug discovery engine and establish a robust platform for identifying novel resistance modulators and developing small molecule therapies targeting these promising drug targets.
