GigaCeuticals is committed to transforming the preclinical stage of traditional drug research and development, shifting from high-throughput phenotypic screening and computer-aided drug design to more efficient and intelligent methods driven by data and artificial intelligence technology. Specific areas of focus include: establishing efficacy prediction systems verifiable in animals based on drug transcriptomics and artificial intelligence; developing virtual screening systems based on small molecule-target binding big data; analyzing and predicting compound-related properties; efficiently discovering new targets through omics data, reverse inference using tool small molecules and their targets, and biological experiments; designing and optimizing compounds with specific functions; and predicting drug toxicity and long-term side effects, providing safe and effective clinical trial candidates for pharmaceutical R&D companies.Currently, the efficacy prediction system verifiable in animals based on drug transcriptomics and artificial intelligence (DLEPS, LingSu) has been accepted by *Nature Biotechnology* and will be published soon. The computational architecture integrating small molecules, deep neural networks, gene fingerprints, and function prediction has been submitted for national patent and PCT patent applications. Using this algorithm model, we have identified three highly effective weight-loss compounds, one highly effective compound for reducing uric acid levels while exhibiting anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic effects with its mechanism of action confirmed, and four highly effective compounds for treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), uncovering a new target pathway. The overall prediction accuracy of the DLEPS system is approximately 60%.
