Freeline Therapeutics

Freeline Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company developing liver-directed gene therapies for the treatment of bleeding disorders and other diseases. Its therapeutic approaches are based on a next-generation proprietary AAV vector platform, with its lead program being a gene therapy for hemophilia B. Our goal is to deliver one-time gene therapies that leverage the high expression enabled by our proprietary gene therapy platform, providing functional cures through permanently sustained physiological protein levels. Our initial focus is on developing treatments for monogenic diseases with high unmet needs, followed by expanding into diseases requiring higher protein expression.
