Compass Therapeutics has pioneered a novel approach to identify antibody candidates that bind to all targets within the human immune synapse, with a research focus on T cells, NK cells, and macrophages. Compass Therapeutics’ unique antibody discovery and bispecific engineering platform, StitchMabs, is a new high-throughput bispecific screening platform capable of rapidly identifying candidates that bind to a range of epitopes on each target and quickly characterizing synergistic bispecific activity. This platform has already generated therapeutic candidates for over 30 targets related to cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases.
