Beijing Galaxy Luckystar VC Company Limited (referred to as "CGI") was jointly established by China Galaxy Investment Management Co., Ltd., Jilin Province Venture Capital Guidance Fund Co., Ltd., and Changchun High-Tech Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. Its main business scope includes: initiating and establishing equity investment funds; managing equity investment funds; providing consulting services for enterprises invested by the managed equity investment funds; providing consulting services for equity investment funds; and other businesses permitted by Chinese laws and regulations.
