"Oops" is an online medical consultation service platform launched in April 2021. Its first service is "Oops LOVE," targeting erectile dysfunction (ED); the second service is "Oops HAIR," addressing androgenetic alopecia (AGA); the third service is "Oops WOMB," providing contraceptive prescription services; and the fourth service is "Oops HEART," focusing on mental health. For sensitive issues involving physical and mental well-being, Oops is committed to creating a more accessible consultation space through the power of design and communication. At the same time, they actively disseminate information and popularize knowledge to change people's negative perceptions of the so-called "complex market" and bring new value to society.
