Research Alliance Corp III is a newly established blank check company, incorporated on February 19, 2026, as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands. It was formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Although we may seek acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic region, we plan to focus on industries that are complementary to the background of our management team and fully leverage their ability to identify and acquire businesses, with a particular emphasis on healthcare or healthcare-related industries.
