Pikavation Therapeutics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Synnovation Therapeutics, possessing a portfolio of PI3Kα inhibitor projects including SNV4818. SNV4818 is a pan-mutation selective PI3Kα inhibitor with the potential to be the best-in-class and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of HR+/HER2 metastatic breast cancer and other solid tumors.
