RF Acquisition Corp III is a blank check company incorporated on September 15, 2025, for the purpose of merging with, engaging in a share exchange, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or completing a similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Although we are not limiting ourselves to any specific industry or geographic location for target companies, we intend to initially focus our search on target companies in Asia's deep technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and biotechnology.
