CleanSlate Centers

The Mission of CleanSlate Centers, LLC is Simple: Improve the quality of life for those suffering from opioid and alcohol addiction. We will achieve this through high-quality medication-assisted treatment (MAT) led by physicians and licensed providers in a convenient outpatient setting. We combine this science with hands-on care, offering our patients psychosocial support and coordinating intensive care with an extensive network of partners in every community. To date, CleanSlate has treated over 60,000 patients across more than 80 centers nationwide and works closely with our partners to save and transform lives. Every day, we are warriors of hope, helping those struggling with addiction realize the life they want and deserve.
