Poplar Therapeutics is a clinical-stage immunology company dedicated to developing a new class of anti-IgE therapies to challenge the conventional treatment of allergic diseases. The company was founded in 2024. Its lead project, PHB-050, is a next-generation anti-IgE antibody with a unique triple-action design, currently under investigation for atopic diseases.
