Universal Sequencing

Universal Sequencing Technology Corporation (UST) was founded by a group of NGS technology veterans. UST is committed to developing the most advanced, cost-effective DNA sequencing technologies. By 2017, UST had received an initial seed investment totaling $6 million and filed patent applications for two key technologies. In June 2018, UST successfully raised $8 million from its strategic partner, Taoda Diagnostic Ltd. Currently, UST has submitted 14 patent applications covering linking, long-read library preparation chemistry, and breakthrough third-generation DNA sequencing technologies.
