Cambridge Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated on October 24, 2025, with the purpose of merging, consolidating, exchanging stock, acquiring assets, purchasing stock, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target, nor have we engaged in any substantive discussions directly or indirectly with any business combination target on behalf of our company. Although we currently intend to focus on targets within the technology industry, we may seek acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location. We plan to concentrate on industries that complement the background of our management team, particularly high-growth, recession-resistant sub-industries transitioning from misunderstood or underserved markets to mainstream markets. This may include companies operating in areas such as harm reduction, health-oriented products, cannabis-derived or functional botanical consumables, psychedelics, health-focused markets, or technology-enabled platforms.
