III is a blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands on September 10, 2025, for the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing shares, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target, nor has anyone on our behalf engaged in any substantive discussions directly or indirectly with any potential business combination targets regarding our initial business combination. While we may pursue business combination opportunities in any industry or sector, we intend to focus on the healthcare or healthcare-related industries that can benefit from the expertise and capabilities of our management team to create long-term shareholder value.
