SiranBio was established in May 2022 in Suzhou Industrial Park as a biotechnology company focused on the development of innovative siRNA drugs. Founded by a team of top scientists in the field of nucleic acid therapeutics and industrialization experts, the company has received support from Suzhou Industrial Park's leading enterprise program and the Gusu Leading Enterprise initiative. SiranBio has built industry-leading proprietary technology platforms for single-target and dual-target nucleic acid drugs, as well as an extrahepatic delivery platform. These include the eSAFE chemical modification technology, the STORK intrahepatic and extrahepatic delivery technology platform, and the dual-target nucleic acid technology platform. Leveraging these advanced technology platforms, the company has rapidly developed a pipeline of First-in-Class (FIC) and Best-in-Class (BIC) small nucleic acid drugs targeting both hepatic and extrahepatic conditions, including antiviral treatments, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and central nervous system-related conditions.
