Dingxin Capital was founded in 2014, with its headquarters located in Shenzhen. The founding team members come from top domestic investment institutions and investment banks such as CDH Investments and CICC, possessing deep industry experience. After six years of development, Dingxin's cumulative assets under management have exceeded 10 billion yuan, with contributors including institutional investors such as insurance companies, listed companies and their shareholders, large enterprise groups, and market-oriented mother funds.Initially focused on PE equity investments, Dingxin has successfully taken five projects public, including Focus Media (002027.SZ) and 360 Security (601360.SH), both of which currently have a market value exceeding 100 billion yuan. Beginning in 2016, Dingxin actively recruited professionals with years of industry experience, achieving an integration of financial and industrial expertise, and initiating a significant strategic transition from PE equity investment to VC venture capital investment.
