Dracen is a private pharmaceutical company leveraging immunometabolism to create a potentially new therapeutic approach, broadly applicable across multiple cancer types. Our goal in treating cancer is to directly shrink tumors and remodel the tumor microenvironment to be more conducive to immuno-oncology approaches, achieving better disease control, enhancing anti-tumor responses, and extending patient survival in areas of unmet need. This includes cancers with genetic mutations that may render them highly sensitive to our therapies, as well as those capable of evading existing immuno-oncology and other standard-of-care approaches.
