Curemark, founded in 2007, is a privately held clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies for neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders with significant unmet medical needs. The company possesses a proprietary enzyme replacement technology that generates new treatments addressing enzyme deficiencies across a wide range of neurological conditions.Curemark's lead product, CM-AT, is an orally administered, bla-ready treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). CM-AT aims to treat maladaptive behaviors such as irritability, agitation, hyperactivity, noncompliance, and inappropriate speech in children with autism under the age of 3.
