In the field of hypoglycemic treatment, Phosphate XG-44, a new DPP-4 inhibitor, was included in China's Twelfth and Thirteenth Five-Year Plan "Major New Drug Creation" projects. It has shown good safety and efficacy in clinical trials and is currently in the final stage of Phase III clinical trials. It is expected to fill the gap in China-produced DPP-4 inhibitors and has broad market prospects. Additionally, the company has comprehensively laid out oral drugs targeting various points related to diabetes and its derivative diseases. In the oncology field, three products under research have entered clinical trials: CGT-6321, a dual-target inhibitor of FGFR/VEGFR for advanced solid tumors, which has the potential to be a first-in-class drug; CGT-1881, a CXCR4 antagonist used for hematopoietic stem cell mobilization with more convenient oral administration; and CGT-9475, a next-generation ALK inhibitor that could address two major clinical pain points in NSCLC treatment—drug resistance and brain metastasis. In the rare disease field, Teriflunomide Tablets, the first generic drug in China for treating multiple sclerosis, has been approved for marketing, bringing high-quality and more accessible treatment options to patients in China.
