Inozyme Pharma is a clinical-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing novel therapies for treating diseases that affect the vasculature, soft tissues, and bones. Inozyme is developing an enzyme replacement therapy, INZ-701, to address pathological mineralization and intimal hyperplasia, which can lead to morbidity and mortality in these severe conditions. INZ-701 is currently in clinical trials for the treatment of ENPP1 deficiency and ABCC6 deficiency.
