Baxiva

Baxiva was founded in May 2025 in Schlieren and has developed a proprietary conjugation platform that streamlines the development of multivalent vaccines targeting serotype-specific polysaccharides (including capsules and O antigens) of Gram-negative bacteria. The multivalent vaccines target the most common serotypes associated with invasive ExPEC infections. The company’s lead program focuses on preventing urinary tract and invasive infections caused by E. coli.
