Nanotein is a biotechnology startup dedicated to producing next-generation reagents for the expansion and activation of immune cells for cell therapy applications. Currently, the research-use-only products STEM-T and GROW-NK are already on the market, with cGMP-grade STEM-T expected to launch by the end of 2025 and GROW-NK in 2026. NanoSpark® technology is a fully soluble protein scaffold where specificity-functional antibodies bind to the scaffold through high-affinity non-covalent interactions. This creates a highly efficient protein-antibody product with optimal geometry that leverages receptor clustering biology to stimulate the expansion of pluripotent immune cells during in vitro activation. NanoSpark® products deliver differentiated performance, generating higher yields of healthier, therapeutically functional immune cells for advanced therapeutic applications.
