GlycoT Therapeutics

GlycoT Therapeutics was founded by Professor Laixi Wang from the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, College Park. With over two decades of research in glycosylation engineering technology, Dr. Wang has accumulated extensive research achievements and led his team to successfully develop multiple innovative products, including highly sialylated intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and proprietary site-specific glycan conjugation ADC technology. GlycoT Therapeutics aims to apply its innovative and proprietary chemoenzymatic glycosylation technology to the glycoengineering of therapeutic proteins, such as monoclonal antibodies, to enhance their therapeutic efficacy.
