Crown Reserve Acquisition Corp. I is a blank check company formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We have not selected any specific business combination target, and Crown Reserve Acquisition Corp. intends to search for and acquire a business within an industry or sector that complements the experience of our management team and can benefit from our operational expertise. We will take a comprehensive approach to evaluating industry sectors but will place particular emphasis on industries where we have core competencies and experience, such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology and devices, and healthcare IT. However, we may also pursue initial business combination opportunities in any industry or sector.
