Berto Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated on July 15, 2024, for the purpose of effecting a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Given our observations over the past decade regarding technology and other growth industries, we have reviewed over a thousand acquisition targets, providing us with a broad focus. However, we will pay special attention to opportunities in the artificial intelligence ("AI") sector, as well as in the rapidly evolving health and wellness, longevity, and beauty sectors.
