Helicore Biopharma, Inc. is a clinical-stage multi-product biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of novel weight-loss therapies. Helicore’s lead candidate, HCR-188, is the first biologic GIP antagonist with a distinct mechanism of action, to be used as a monotherapy and in combination with GLP-1 for induction and maintenance therapy, and is expected to enter clinical trials in the first quarter of 2025.
