Kymera is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel small molecule therapies by harnessing the body's own natural protein degradation systems to selectively degrade disease-causing proteins. Kymera’s proprietary targeted protein degradation platform, Pegasus, enables the discovery of highly selective small molecule protein degraders with activity against disease-causing proteins throughout the body. We believe our small molecule protein degraders offer significant advantages over existing therapies and allow us to address a large portion of the human genome that has been previously undruggable with conventional approaches. Kymera focuses on biologically validated pathways where key biological nodes/proteins have not yet been drugged or are insufficiently drugged.
