Molida Holding Group Co., Ltd is a newly established blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the British Virgin Islands. It aims to merge, exchange stocks, acquire assets, purchase stocks, restructure, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Although we may pursue our initial business combination objectives with companies at any stage of development across any industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus our search on the biotechnology, medical devices, new energy, and consumer goods sectors in China and the Asia-Pacific region.
