Trace Neuroscience

Trace Neuroscience is a biopharmaceutical company with the mission of expanding the promise of genomic medicine for patients with neurodegenerative diseases. The company initially focuses on ALS and is currently developing new therapies to restore UNC13A protein function to reestablish healthy communication between nerve and muscle cells. Trace Neuroscience was founded in 2024, funded by Third Rock Ventures and other leading life science investors, with its headquarters in South San Francisco, California.
