Janpix

Janpix focuses on discovering and developing a new class of small molecule protein degrader therapies, which are designed to covalently and selectively bind to target proteins, thereby degrading them. We believe that these monovalent small molecule protein degraders may offer significant advantages over existing approaches, enabling therapies to target certain proteins historically considered "undruggable."Janpix is developing dual degraders of signal transducer and activator of transcription proteins 3 and 5, known as STAT3 and STAT5, for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma.
