It was formed for the purpose of merging, exchanging shares, acquiring assets, purchasing stocks, restructuring, or engaging in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. While we may pursue acquisition opportunities in any business, industry, sector, or geographic location, we intend to focus on industries that complement the background of our management team. Leveraging our management team's ability to identify and acquire businesses, we will concentrate primarily on the healthcare or healthcare-related sectors. Specifically, we aim to target companies in North America, the UK, or Europe within the biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, and specialized healthcare services fields, where our management has extensive investment experience.
