It was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets. While we may acquire businesses in any industry, our focus will be on middle-market and emerging growth companies in the financial services, technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, advanced materials, and clean energy sectors.
