Tern Therapeutics, LLC. was founded in late 2023 and is currently a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a series of small-molecule candidates to treat serious conditions, including oncology and obesity. The small startup, consisting of Alex Bailey, Christina Ohnsman, and Matthew Rosini, all previously held leadership positions at Regenxbio.
