Cytoki Pharma

Cytoki Pharma is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a new class of drugs that leverage IL-22 biotechnology to improve the treatment outcomes of cardiometabolic diseases. Cytoki's lead program, CK-0045, is a lipidated IL-22 analog that has been evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical study and is expected to enter Phase 2 clinical trials in the second half of 2024. The lead compound was selected from an exclusive license of all therapeutic IL-22 variant programs from Novo Nordisk A/S. The company is also advancing a broader portfolio of preclinical assets based on IL-22 for the treatment of metabolic diseases and inflammatory bowel disease.
