Vantive is the renal care division of Baxter International. After being spun off from Baxter, Vantive will become a new independent company with 70 years of extensive experience, focusing on advancing therapies and services for renal care and other vital organ support. Before the completion of the proposed spin-off, our renal care group will continue to operate under the name of Baxter.
