Pentixapharm

Pentixapharm is a joint venture between Scintomics GmbH and 1717 Life Science Ventures GmbH, dedicated to developing PentixaFor and PentixaTher as a therapeutic radiopharmaceutical pair specifically targeting the CXCR4 receptor, which is expressed in most rapidly progressing diseases, particularly malignant cancers. The funding will be used for Phase II trials of the imaging compound PentixaFor and Phase I trials of the central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma treatment compound PentixaTher, while also supporting proof-of-concept studies for various other indications.
