Launch One Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company incorporated as an exempted company in the Cayman Islands on February 21, 2024, for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We may complete our initial business combination in any business or industry, but we intend to focus on industries that are complementary to the background of our management team and leverage their ability to identify and acquire businesses globally, with a particular emphasis on healthcare or healthcare-related sectors, especially within the life sciences industry.
