Rege Nephro

Rege Nephro is a biotechnology company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of drugs for the treatment of kidney diseases. Utilizing the technology developed by Professor Kenji Osafune of Kyoto University for the efficient differentiation of kidney progenitor cells from iPSCs, Rege Nephro has successfully achieved stable production of kidney progenitor cells. The company is currently researching and developing regenerative medicine products using these cells to treat kidney diseases and producing kidney organoids capable of renal toxicity screening for drug discovery in applied research.
