Yellow Jersey Therapeutics is a spin-off subsidiary of HBM portfolio company Numab Therapeutics AG. The company holds the rights to NM26, a bispecific antibody targeting IL-4Rα (Type I and Type II receptors) and IL-31, for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, which will enter the second phase of clinical development.
