Deimos Biosciences has exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize lerociclib for certain radiation protection uses in the United States, Europe, Japan, and all other global markets (excluding the Asia-Pacific region). Lerociclib is a differentiated oral CDK4/6 inhibitor, based on its unique properties, including increased selectivity and potency for CDK4 and CDK6, as well as a shorter half-life.
