Oregon Therapeutics

Oregon Therapeutics is developing XCE853: a disruptive targeted therapy in the oncology field that is "first-in-class" and "best-in-class." XCE853 is based on an innovative and unique mechanism of action: the inhibition of protein disulfide isomerase. Oregon Therapeutics' primary goal is to advance XCE853 into the clinical stage for cancer treatment within two years. Based on the scientific principle of exploiting certain metabolic vulnerabilities in cancer, the two prioritized indications are ovarian cancer and advanced pancreatic cancer.
