KYM

KYM has entered into a global exclusive licensing agreement with biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for the development and commercialization of CMG901. CMG901 is a potential first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate targeting Claudin 18.2, conjugated to a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload via a linker. It is currently being evaluated in multiple clinical studies conducted by AstraZeneca in subjects with advanced solid tumors (gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer).
